Pre-service interview
The initial pre-service interview fee is $30.
This will be discounted by 50% if service contracted.
Fee is applied to initial meeting and service set-up. Fee is not applied to future service requests or key pick-up/return.

Veterinary visits
Round trip fee: $20
This service is available for pets under our care. Rate includes clinic visit time of 30-60 minutes; pro-rated at $5.00 per extra 30 minutes thereafter. Transportation to veterinary clinics exceeding 20 kilometers per round trip will be subject to an out-of-area surcharge. Parking charges, if any, are extra.

Service areas
Cozy Critters is proud to care for pets in many areas of the GTA. Established service areas include:
- City of Toronto: Riverdale, Rosedale, Upper & Lower Beaches, Leaside, Don Mills & Scarborough.
- York Region: Markham/Stouffville & Unionville.
- Durham Region: Pickering, Ajax & Whitby.
If you require service and live outside these areas, please contact us. We will make every effort to accommodate you or offer a referral to another reputable pet care/dog walking company.

Pet taxi
This service is offered in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Scarborough, Don Mills, Beaches and Riverdale.
An invaluable service for seniors, disabled persons and those without access to a vehicle. Regular taxi companies often have drivers who will not transport pets, especially if your pet is sick or injured.
Transportation is available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm.

Includes wait time of up to 60 minutes for veterinary visits.
Kilometers are calculated from point of pick-up.
*At this time, our insurance policies limit us to transporting pets weighing 25lbs. and under.

Service surcharge
A small out-of-area surcharge may be applied if travel for service exceeds 50 kilometers per round trip. This applies to service contracted for pet care, pet sitting and dog walking only. Surcharge will not be applied for Pre-Service Interviews.
Payment terms
Payment is due for short-term services when services contracted.
Payment arrangements can be made for service contracts exceeding 14 consecutive days and for regular dog walking. Payable by cash or cheque.
