Unlike many of our competitors, Cozy Critters has earned a reputation for providing longer visits.

Rest assured that your pet always receives quality care, affection and exercise!

Visit times

Visit times are calculated in accordance with the specific needs of your pet. On average, visit times are as follows:

• Dogs & puppies: 50-75 minutes
• Cats & rabbits: 40-60 minutes
• Small animals & birds: 30-45 minutes
• Fish & home care 30-45 minutes

Custom packages are available for mixed/multi pet households. There is no extra charge for basic special needs or pets requiring medication.

Dog walks are no less than 30 minutes. Weather permitting, we’ll happily keep your dog out longer. For seniors, those with medical/mobility concerns and puppies, walks are interspersed with regular rest periods to prevent over-exertion. All dogs are monitored for intolerance to weather conditions.

What we do for your pet

• Visits tailored to your pets specific needs
• Your pet will be exercised, played with, fed/watered, brushed and given lots of TLC.
• Nail trims, ear cleaning, minor clipping – we do that too at no extra charge
• We’re not afraid of the yucky stuff. “Poop patrol” is diligently practiced for dogs. And for cats – a clean litter box with each visit. Small animal and bird cages are also cleaned

What we do for you

Value-added complimentary home care during each visit:

• Home security check
• Newspapers/flyers/mail collection, garbage/recycling disposal, indoor plants watered. Lights, drapes/blinds adjusted.
• Spring, summer and fall your garden and lawn is watered. In winter, snow is cleared off your front porch
• Written account of each visit/walk
• Pictures and updates emailed to you upon your request

*Lawn and garden care is limited to watering. Grass cutting is not available. Snow clearing is limited to front or main entrance. Clearing of driveways, alternate entrances and sidewalks is not available

Just in case

If we ever feel your pet is in need of medical attention, you will be contacted immediately. Upon your direction we will expedite care for your pet.

Should an emergency arise within your home, you will be contacted immediately. Upon your direction we will contact the necessary professionals.
